It is just that the bill of 3 thousand did not come in the same billing cycle....................i got one bill for two thousand dollars................and i called service authority and asked them was that a misprint................and they said they would investigate..............they sent someone out to read the meter.........................who told me that the "big blue" pipe that ran between the meter on street to the house had probably broken.............teh next bill came in at like $1031.00..............not real numbers..........it was over a thousand.................so the two combined is over 3 thousand dollars..................i got a local plumbing company to fix it.............they put in a copper pipe...............all that costed...............$4000................and i had to write a letter of forgiveness of debt to service authority.............who told me most of would be forgiven..............but that the offer of forgiveness of debt was, for one, not the whole debt, and i could only do that once..........


Another odd thing was that Barbara Z. and the neighbor on the other side of the duplex had the very same thing happen..............................i bet it is a kick back system...........



Also, this backwards PWC, Va agency...........in charge of the water for the county............is recieving kick backs i bet.....................the pipes under my 15598 Northgate Dr. 22025 failed..................and this agency told me the pipe under my house was leaking 16 gallons per hour........................but they did not bother to tell me until my bill was $3000..................no that is not a misprint................three thousand........................
