I was born Ramsey Paul Williams on May 10, 1971...........in Daily City, CA..............to Sandra and Bruce............my brother David Kellie was born a year later on Aug. 9, 1972

Our parents divorced when i was 3..............we moved east to Rehoboth Beach, DE.........where we lived 10 years until our mother remarried.....................a Richard L. Herbert.............who passed in May of 2013..................they got married in 1984 or so...............we lived in Dale City, VA for 4 years.........i went to Gar-Field high school for 4 years.................i graduated in 1989...........i joined the USMC in 1989......................went to bootcamp on Parris Island, SC..............to combat training at Camp Geiger, NC....................in Jan of 1990..........comm school in 29 Palms CA in the beg,. of the same year.......................left for Okinawa, Japan..............and stayed there until Nov of 1991.................then went to Yuma, Az.............until i was discharged in 1993.............i went to JMU..........below from 1993 - 1997......graduating with a ba in Psychology.............................i got married the 2nd time in 2001.............our daughter Adrianna was born the same year..
