Mad science........experiments......the Empire of Japan and Nazi Germany both did mad science.....Stalin............Joe Stalin.............after the war ended had like 30 million Russians sent to Siberia........................based on anti communist sentiment supposedly................experiments probably..................the USSR took Japan's northern most island.........on like the last day of WW2..............they declared war on Japan.......took Sakalin......then signed a peace treaty...............they also took East Germany.........and like half of Berlin......East Berlin........the capital.........where do u think they kept those records? Hitler probably wanted to see the results.......Berlin was the capital......still is..............after WW2.......Bonn was the capital of the West.......controlled by Americans.....................where do u think we got a ton of the ideas from?? Both the USSR and USA...........were beneficiaries of WW2.........Nazi and Empire of Japan experiments.......what do u think our government has been doing for the last 70 or so years since WW2 ended.....???
