Some of my sentences probably do not make 100% sense..........i am so tired and distraught......that things come out garbled.........................but a position......job position......always has a focus..........that any organization.......private or government....hired you to do something.........whether it is to clean a bathroom......or bathrooms..........sweep the hall whatever.............after all......if you are in player acquisitions..................recruiting, etc.........b/c the coach doesn't recruit as much as train during practice and instruct during game time.........player acquisitions......(they have to have enough players to field a team obviously)......then your job is basically to find new talent.......people retire, get injured......or God forbid pass away.......cars crash, airplanes do as well......u have a reserve list.........injured reserves, etc......................the WHOLE reason they hired a person....like a librarian is to do a specific job......so when all the people in the organization are doing their jobs..........it functions well.......whether it is a library or a basketball team........which is more than a team........b/c they play in some arena......which needs cleaning, maintenance............the air conditioning bills paid, etc............

At the job interview...............the person or committee hiring you.............should tell you.........your hours are so and so........you have health insurance and dental or do not............u are to clean the common areas......but not so and so's office....................u are to use certain liquids, tools, etc.........a job title and job description........those things should be clear......there is protocol............or should be......................and so they have a team obviously......someone or some committee made a final decision to hire so and so over so and so..............regardless where the person came from.....Kobe Bryant for example..........came out of high school.......Lebron James...........from the Lakers perspective..........came from the Cleveland Cavaliers......someone or some group HAS to make a decision to acquire a player.......they also send out recruiters.....scouts to scope out new talent.........again, people leave.....pass away, retire, get injured, etc.........they are selling tickets for people to pack into an arena to watch a game....God forbid they could not field 12 players...........i think they have to have 12..................total every game...................or whatever the number.......all those things have rules.................call it protocol or whatever.......even down to dress...a coach has to have at least a sport jacket.............required attire..........a tie is optional.........in other words.......Luke W....or whoever is the coach.....must at least have a sports jacket.......he cannot wear a t shirt.....

There must be a list of the rules.............inside any organization............if they hire the president or vice president of whatever........it is to handle a certain aspect of the organization.......they should have known by now those rules.......which may change from time to time.......but you have to have policies..........and specific jobs.............so all things are covered.....from getting new players.....to training the players you have.........to equipment managers, etc............they have to have jerseys with numbers on them, etc...they cannot play shirtless............etc..........what i am getting at.....is there has to exist policies, rules, protocol..........maybe it doesn't cover every eventuality........but from suspending a player to acquiring one.....to hiring a new coach.......someone or a group has to make s decision at one time or another........do they vote?
