Take this...........and to be fair.....i am not sure......i know what i hear..............Magic says he told them.........up front......when they hired him......that he had other business' and would not be able to be in his office 100% of the time..............and that they told him that he had the power to make decisions...............................so when he wanted to fire the coach...................he run into problems.............b/c, after all they told him that he had the power to make decisions, that ok......Luke W...........was no longer going to be coach.........then he said they changed their minds.....

A couple of things..........if u hire someone to be president of the an organization.......then u are saying that she or he has the capacity to make good decisions.......or why else would u have hired the person in the 1st place?............he also said that he ran into problems .......b/c he was not in the office 100% of the time........BUT he told them his concern..........and per him, they said it was ok..............and THAT is the same type of thing i am running into......people say do this and do that..........and after they told me to do something.......or that it was ok to do something.......they change their mind........it isn't worth it to me............to even be part of any part of sports in America..........they do not care if they win.....why would i want to risk my neck..........back, ankles, whatever.....playing for an owner or owners who do not even care if they win in the 1st place.......

Europeans knew that type of stuff............so they came up with relegation and promotion.......they also have it in other continents..........................there is more of an incentive to play hard.........b/c the team in last place in the 1st division gets bumped down to the 2nd division.........and the team with the best record in the 2nd division gets promoted to the 1st division.........so both the top 2 division leagues......care if they win or lose.........
