And i don't hold individual blacks accountable.......ones that i do not know that are not apart of this.......and i give people the benefit of the doubt.........as well with women.........and i know i have exaggerated........but i never agreed to any of this........at least not initially........and not only that.....i told u specifically that i would help u as long as u do not let them poison me.........they have yet to stop poisoning me.............u have forced this upon me......i was denied food stamps.........a dc id..........u have thrown all this back in my face.........threatened me.....let them push me around............and u act as if it were my fault......

There is nothing more pathetic than a group of people who tell u love u only to stab u in the back........and hold u accountable for something u never agreed to or were even told about..........since u are the men and i am not.........and u keep threatening me and get away with and let others do the same..............then come out here and kill me........................

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) was created as part of the War Department in 1824 and transferred to the Department of the Interior when the latter was established in 1849. The mission of BIA is to fulfill its trust responsibilities and promote self-determination on behalf of federally recognized tribal governments, American Indians, and Alaska Natives. BIA provides services directly or through contracts, grants, or compacts to approximately 1.9 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, members of 562 federally recognized Indian tribes in the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska.
