In 1970...


 In 1970 Marshack published his innovative Notation dans les gravures du Paléolithique Supérieur. He argued that talley marks on certain bones represented a system of proto-writing, and proposed the controversial theory that notches and lines carved on certain Upper Paleolithic bone plaques were notation systems, specifically lunar calendars notating the passage of time. 

Motubu assumed power in 1971.............Patrice L.........was assassinated 10 years before......in 1961.........they might not have been sure then.........so what might have happened.........was something like.........kill the leader...........cause chaos........and look.........they might not have know then.........but when they found out in 1970............they put a plant in..........they also probably used the time to find a corrupt local official...............and Motubu became their man..........
