The original fed. city of this vile country...............was to be a square set on its side..............like a diamond...........................the first stone laid..............was the south most point...............a square with 10 mile sides.............................all sides are equal in a square................and that is 100 square miles.........now DC has had its SW corner eaten by the commonwealth of VA........
