When i made DC from the South in Dec of 2013.........i used to stay at the Kennedy rec center.........they double the place at night for a hypothermia shelter..........there was an article on the wall that Capital one bank gave to the black community...............they make it a show out of giving.......but do not tell u how much they steal privately.........
