The jeff memorial.........is on the upper center.....slightly left.............the white building with a dome...........now............if u look to the right of it.......in this photo..............there is the bridge that connects East Potomac park to west Potomac P...........that is what they say is the inflow bridge.................u can also see a piece of the 14th st bridge.............that is the bridge..........where the water inside the tidal basin is coming towards u........as if leaving the basin and going towards the Potomac.....................from what they are saying..........the flow.......or current should be going the other way......
