I am just now receiving this.  You told me, in your office on Tuesday the 4th of June that you were not sick the first week i was in Austin at the Arch homeless shelter.  I had gone to a veteran's group, that you told me to go to, and the staff at the Arch told me that you sick that Thursday in question.  The staff at the Arch then told me to call the Salvation Army, where your office is located, and they told me you sick as well.  So someone is lying.  I highly believe that my bad karma from Virginia has followed me here to Austin.  I will let the Federal investigation find out who is lying.  If justice isn't done by our government, i will represent myself and insist on justice by using every law to my favor, both local and Federal.

If you haven't done anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.  Last night, at the Arch, an African American man was threatening me, a fellow homeless man overheard him threaten me.  In fact several other homeless men heard this African America man threaten me.  And this is not the first time i have been threatened at the Arch.  I will fill out a grievance form when i return to the Arch, and name the witness and report the situation.  Everyone is accountable for their actions, including me.  I have a daughter to raise, and do not want some random creep to get custody of my daughter.

I am forwarding this email, as is, to President Obama.  I will continue to report situations as they happen, we all as citizens of the USA have a right to complain.
