Ok......a correction on this......he was talking about how he was going to have Congress change the law...............which is an amendment to the constitution....



The job of a US pres. is not to change the law nor interpret them.......he or she can give their opinion......but they have to enforce them........a police officer's main job is to enforce the laws...........................get it????
