Actually i was wrong.....which is now why i remember it being so complicated.......they are independent cities.......................but for some things......like softball leagues....i played in both West and East county......things are for Prince William co...


It is not a county....it belongs to Prince William County.....but all these jurisdictions are good b/c they hide stuff.....
