So what i did.........and i had run indoor track in my junior year.............was after what he had taught me......in the summer of 1989.......after graduating high school........was run, do pull ups and sit ups.....memorize thoroughly my 12 gen orders........memorize the rank system, etc........

I would jog.......along the beach from Rehoboth to Lewes De.....like 3 miles of beach.....head inland at Cape Henlopen.....and take rte one back to Rehoboth.....like 12 miles......i could do 20 pull ups dead hang..........b/c i would always stop at Rehoboth jr high......which i attended........and do pull ups on my jogs........i wouldn't always do the beach jog...............mostly....i would jog from my grandfather's book store to the high school........do pull ups there and take rte one......like 3 miles.......which was the physical test.........a 3 mile run......pull ups and sit ups.............
