I stayed in Hoffman my freshman year..........the women's rugby team practiced on the grass in front of this dorm..........in fact, the assault happened in the parking lot just across the street..........where the old gym was............before they built the new stuff across rte 81...........

Dan Dougherty and Phil Travers were classified as transfer students...........as I was.......which was why we were all put together..........I took classes sponsored via the UMD in Okinawa.........and classes on base in Yuma, Az.........sponsored via the U. of So. Illinois at Carbondale...............for air traffic control...............Dan D was a biology major........Phil T was a psychology student.........Phil went on to his masters in counseling psych...............Bac T.........told me Dan D got a Phd in biology eventually.............Bac got a Phd in Econ at Maryland..........College Park.........I drove up to Hyattsville to see him graduate.............
