Why I wouldn't fire one across the artic? Winds and cold......................and the Pacific ocean does not have mountain ranges in it.............it is all Sea level.............b/c the whole thing is an ocean..........with the Candian rockies in the way.......................I would hit China and Russia..............directly across the Pacific..........my father, who informed htem................he was in Army artillery..............told them the same I bet.....
