It sure is...........it may be more of a risk for China tough.....................I remember watching stuff about the Iraq war............the American invasion of it in 2003................and the attitude of US troops there.............and how American soldiers...........told Iraqis.........that they could not go to certain places............in THEIR OWN country mind you.............that all that belonged to the government of the USA..........
