The same tall, fat Black man...........................was waiting for me in the lobby area last night............to see if I would wash my hands at NY ave shelter......................the guard watched me this time..........the fat, tall, Black man said that he had "caught me" one time washing my hands in the drinking fountain...........I never washed my hands in the drinking fountain......
