Why else do you think that the US government would put the majority of the nukes in Cascades??  Fast strike............................a launch from the Mid West would take longer.........



A Volcano would be a perfect place from which to launch a nuke.............it has an opening at the top already..........but as you people are smart.........I imagine you already knew that..........
