If so, I would love to hear your tips for how and where you fish along the Virginia side. ... Looking For A Place To Rent In D.C/NoVa? ... However between the parking lot and Roosevelt Island is shallow. If you want to fish there do it during high tide. There's plenty of carp, catfish, bass and perch there.
