The idiot at the VA who re - ordered my VA id.................did not put a building number........nor a DC quadrant on the application...........but, since it was a re order.......( i recived it the 1st time 2 years ago.........at NY ave shelter)...............................................she should not have had to do anything............they should have already HAD the address......
