This game had some......."discombobulating oddities to it"............in sports...............the coach/manager has the most say........as to what a player does or does not do........in baseball......they send out signs......................disguised in their own personal language.......so the other team will not know what they plan on doing................................Cleveland had a fast base runner.......at 1st base.....but Terry F did not send him...........sometimes the manager might leave it up to player or sometimes the manager might tell NOT to try to steal.......just act like it................i would have tried to steal 2nd base.........for 1.......the guy at 1st was fast...........another thing........the Yankees had an outstanding relief pitcher................which generally favors the pitcher.............Aroldis Chapman was pitching the later innings......in relief for the starter.....................b/c Aroldis Chapman is so freaking good........he is the modern version of Mariano Rivera............which when you saw Mariano Rivera enter a game......it usually meant that the NYY were going to win.......b/c he was so freaking good.............also Aroldis Chapman...throws harder than anyone in MLB HISTORY..........

So trying to steal 2nd .........to me .......would be logical b/c the any pitching matchup from the Indian batters favored the Yankees b/c the pitcher is so good........so having a man at 1st was God sent......you could say...........get to 2nd....try to...............2nd is scoring position.......and the score as 1 - 0.....in favor of the NYY........
