Many of those cruise missiles were launched from subs in the Med........................maybe in a different time zone.......a bomber..........like in WW2.......u needed to above the target.....but with a rocket or cruise missile..........or a nuke.......u do not need to even be in the same time zone..
Mar 20, 2003 - Cruise missile attack to shock and awe. The cruise missiles fired in early hours of this morning were intended as a surgical strike at the Iraqi leadership. It was aimed at "decapitating" the Iraqi leadership even before the tanks mustered on Iraqi border had been ordered to advance.
