Here is another us gov official..............maybe former marine......i met with Ms Horton, who arrogantly insisted on  calling me Mr Ramsey, this woman is white, ms horton is black...ms horton according to the below gets other veterans laptops............Leah called me......."dont get me started".........i have been there a month, no laptop.......she put in her report, ms horton that we talked about bipolar, a clear lie........we did not....Liars and cowards....
