NW.............is the M st. school............they just changed the name and location...........it was the 1st all black high school in the USA......................after the US civil war and the creation of the freeman's bureau.............Wash DC became site central for blacks across the USA..............Tupac Shakur was born in NYC, NY...............but he went to high school in Baltimore, MD..........at Dunbar high.................................
