Also......................if u look at just a picture of it.........throw out everything i mentioned......knowing..........that the water on the left hand of this pic........is the Potomac......which flows south..........in the pic...............top to bottom.............the water somehow would need to take a 90 degree turn.................to the east................to the right and the basin...............by going into a small inlet.....................................then work both east and north............................it doesn't anyways...............and wouldn't anyways.......unless pumped.................
