Is what comes from the water that smart.............can a mosquito outfit a human being?  An American for sure..............no doubt in my mind bout dat one..........u had better wake up.............between Teddy R. island and DC..............there is not much algae...........but in the small river.............as in who the island divides the Potomac.........on the Virginia side................the Potomac is more green............than water..............that whole area is a swamp...........Smart water.............and smart critters........like wow....................
