This is saying.............the flow of water into the Tidal basin............is from the Potomac river.......impossible..................why?   The water inside the basin flows towards the Potomac.......also........look at the pic on the right................now look at the entrance to the left.........the west side................which is what this is calling the inflow source.............the top section anyways..............

Now............look at the bottom part i copied and pasted....................it shows a pic of the inlet bridge.............................that is on the Wash. channel..............they are throwing us off to see if anyone is paying attention...........apparently not..........
