Why might such an endeavor as the "grand old ditch" be imp?..............the Ohio flows into the mighty Mississippi...........which flows into the gulf of Mexico...........so u could........if such a thing worked........take a boat......lets say from Veracruz, Mexico..............go through New Orleans port authority.........go north on the Mississippi............take a right at the Ohio river............and eventually die of malaria when u made Dc........................the mosquito might be doing u a great favor after all.........
