The little curly kid is named Stephen.................like Steve..........there was a Steve who rented 64 Baltimore Ave..............one of my grandparent's houses.........I lived there briefly when I 1st lived in Rehoboth.........Steve rented it with his wife and several kids...........around 1994 or so........had trouble paying the rent.....
