Ssgt M..............was a Latino marine.............he was my main point of contact.........................as in recruiter.....but he was not the head of that office............a black guy was, a gunnery sgt..............there are always, or usually several recruiters per office..........anyways, another recruiter.......a black dude timed me right before i left for Parris Island................................on the 3 mile run......i put this story before............anyways,,,,,,,,,,so u don't have to shift through like 40 thousand posts on here and wordpress.com...............

He timed me at a mile and a half...........half of the pft........physical fitness test.........they don't have too much time..........................but i ran a 7 45 .......i thought his watch must have been wrong..........b/c i could never get perfect on the run.............................also......i was the 1st recruit to do 20 pull ups and 80 sit ups in two minutes in boot camp...............perfect for the 3 mile run.........was under 18 minutes.......i never did it..............i could do 20 pull ups dead hang.........back then, they permitted u to do the kip they called it.......sway back and forth.................

I still remember the senior........singling me out in front of the entire boot camp platoon..............after i did 20 pull ups....................he was making an example out of me so the rest would do it.........in fact......until the last pft............i had the best score of any of the 70 men in my platoon...............the other men kinda looked at me odd............b/c i wore glasses and am short and skinny............






I still remember him clearly........he would stop by Gar Field high school and flirt with the girls there........anyways he knew i was going to the beach..........and he told me to send him pics of the women in bikinis on the beach.........or when i was in Parris Island he would tell the drill instructor to harass me......i never sent him a thing.......a SSgt M..................
