The Blacks go around saying he is a "bad man"......said in a good way........or that I am "super smart".............you pay me lip service.........yet at the same time you ruin my life.........and allow others to do the same..........use my name without my consent.........saying I am the Cia's whatever you call it.........I do NOT work for the fucking CIA now, nor did I ever...................and I wear the hoodie with FBI on it...........b/c I have no other warm clothes................just more ways to trick me.....................

I am just going to repeat the story of my life like this...........endlessly until there is something done...........

My birth certificate says that Bruce Kellie Williams..........is my father................and he was born in 1941 in Iowa.................my "mother"...............was born Sandra Kay Ruddell.........in Washington DC..........................on Dec 18, 1942.................which, if either, are my biological parents......I am not sure..........I lived with them..................in California before we moved to Delaware...........where my brother David Kellie and I lived with our maternal grandparents for the lion's share of the next 10 years.............before our "mother" remarried...............in 1984 or so.........to a Richard L. Herbert......of Maryland somewhere....................he worked for Kirby Litho........in Arlington, Virginia......
