My grandfather Paul A Ruddell.........started this and Hobby House Press......from the basement and garage of his 7600 Adelphi rd house..........in College Park, MD...........................his son Gary......went on to own it...................and Hobby House press in the 1950s or so............Bill G.....................of Kirby Litho used to print it.........that is how the two families knew each other......................Bill G was the president of Kirby........his family owned it.......they all came to Parris Island, SC. to see me graduate in 1989...................we all drove to South Palm Beach, FL..........my grandparents owned a condo there.............really close to Mar a Lago............................on a later trip I wore my dress blues once......to the Breakers Hotel........in Palm Beach....FL........to surprise my grandparents who had raised me......my grandfather was drafted into the USMC during WW2.....................served at the very end of the war...........was in like a year and a half..............................
