Maryland is connected to DC by land........from Virginia..........Robert Langdon....like where the CIA headquarters are.......Langley, Virginia.....you have to cross water...

Imagine, my friends, the military and commercial potential of a device.....that can go from Calie, France to Dover, England in just 20 something minutes......or whatever time the narrator said.....in Langley hall of the 1st floor of DC's Air  and Space museum.....

Why the big deal.....??  B/c between France and England is water............the English channel.....the Potomac river separates Virginia from DC......at all points..........whereas from Maryland......it is connected by land......at most points
