In fact an airplane  hit the main bridge into DC from Virginia.....the continuation of I 395..........past the pentagon....during a Hollywood stooge's presidency.......i remember seeing the TV coverage as a kid...............

If u really wanted to create chaos........destroy 3 or 4 bridges..
