In the old days........paper ballots i think..............and some people would count........since the advent of computers and electronic technology......................things have changed...............Russian hackers found a way in................and changed the votes........which are kept in a type of database.........somehow they have to be tallied...........one way or another.........there is a way to rig anything..................change the numbers..........they always is and probably will always be..........how do we know..........the public..........if such things have not been rigged in the past..............
