Detroit bankruptcy. The city of Detroit, Michigan, filed for Chapter 9 bankruptcy on July 18, 2013. It is the largest municipal bankruptcy filing in U.S. history by debt, estimated at $18–20 billion, exceeding Jefferson County, Alabama's $4-billion filing in 2011.

Wilson Blvd is a more prominent street than Woodrow street............................therefore they put Wilson above Woodrow......for that intersection.....................interesting...........b/c our President during WW1............was Woodrow Wilson..............entombed in the nave of the National Cathedral..........on Wisconsin ave just across the river.......u can see the cathedral all over DC.......from various points...just as u can see the US Capital building and the Wash monument..............the US Capital and National C........are visible from many places b/c both are fairly large buildings and they are both on a hill................
