The idea of an American Marine base on Cuba.............which is supposedly communist was always odd to me.............................it is on the se coast............towards Haiti...............as if the USA does not have enough room here.............or that somehow the Marines there could keep the entire island of Cuba at bay......................torture has been going on there for a very long time.............
