The us gov. and in many cases the president of the USA signed treaties with the Indians......................nothing really has been done...................it is like a debt.............it is still a debt...........even if it takes u ten years to pay it off.................some debts can be forgiven through bankruptcy..............but some cannot...........child support is one...................the US gov. signed many of these treaties in the 1800s.............just b/c they have not fulfilled their end yet............does not mean that they cannot..................pay up.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
