The French were all over planet Earth as well.........including the South Pacific........East Asia........Africa.....................a lot of countries in both west and north Africa speak French............and it was from France that Tom Jefferson, as the 3rd named US pres.............bought the entire mid west.............................


Canada is both French and British...............hench the deep connection between the US and Canada...........remember the Canadian embassy is on Penn ave.........NW...........wash dc........very close to the US capital building...........not far from the naval attache of Argentina...................


The French connection to the USA is very strong.....................Ben Franklin..............the most able and the smartest of all the founding fathers was the 1st ambassador to France from the USA........from 1776...............and i think they did that for  more than one reason.........

Pierre L'Enfant was French as well..............he burned the street map he drew up of Dc.............Ben Banneker..............a self educated black man who wrote about tides of the Chesapeake bay, made America's 1st clock..................wrote a bunch of almanacs, etc..............redrew the blueprint of DC from scratch.........................



The French had control of Cambodia as well.............which is where Angor Wat is.............

Most people who do not know oriental culture........like most Americans...............probably would not catch something very odd about the names of the actors in this movie...........as in the names of the characters....................

It is supposed to be set in China...............on Wudang mountain...........but their names are Vietnamese..................the professor of archaeology, and his daughter, are experts in Kung fu.......are supposed to Chinese...............but have Vietnamese names........
