Usually right handed people wear their watch in the left hand. The simplest logic that I know of is that while working with their right hand, it makes it easier for them to look at their watch and work with ease without disturbing the working hand and vice-versa for left handed . Wearing the watch on the right hand for right handed people usually makes working uncomfortable.
