Jr high........some knew each other from kindergarten up...Rusty and Ricky Catts would also spend the night at our chinese house and we would sleep over at their house........just across DE rte one.....Dick Catts........owned the beach umbrella business..........Rusty was a beach bum, i would see him handing out stuff in his dad's business.........Ricky was a Rehoboth Beach police officer at one point, just after i got out of the USMC...
