The Chrysler Building is primarily an office building, with retail spaces at the base. It houses a variety of tenants, including investment management firms, a WeWork-like office rental provider called Spaces, and the Creative Arts Agency. The Cloud Club, a social club reimagined by Ken Fulk, is also located on the 61st and 62nd floors.
