Then he says that they can go to an illegal clinic......that they should not be able to have an abortion..........but the law in the USA states that abortion is legal........so regardless of any moral issues.........the main job of the executive branch of gov...........and the president is the head of that branch.........is to ENFORCE the laws............not to interpret them (the job of the supreme court) or make them (Congress)....
