Since the actual building was a dog pound..........they probably added some walls, and broke others down.............some they kept as is..............................I am not 100% either way.............but the ceiling lights hugging the wall of the cafeteria................................and the kitchen............odd that a builder would put a ceiling light where any vertical hugs a horizontal.............why? It is a waste of an overhead light....................to maximize a lights......................light.................dead center of close would be good.................since there are multiple ceiling lights...........and i mean electric ones..................spread out is obviously good..............but not next to a wall...........why would u put a ceiling lamp in the corner of a room.............unless in that corner u meant to be your reading stop.............and there are multiple ceiling light along that wall.......
So i bet they did it on purpose..................but why? To create a light and shadow effect against the East wall......
