From 0 - 9.....................................the 1st ten numbers...............there are four primes................2, 3, 5, 7..............................40% not 25 % as I put yesterday...............there are 25 primes in the 1st hundred numbers...........................from 0 to 100.................25%..............25 out of 100 is 25 %................4 out of 10 is not 25 % but 40 %................................sorry for the confusion..............4/10 would be the percentage................simplified to 2/5.....................40 %.............
