So anyways.......last year..............they told me specifically............and i asked point blank..........in some rather clear English...................IF i could still apply............even though i have no disability...................................they told me i could...................and they keep asking for a disability...........i guess they like downgrading people..........i repeated..............endlessly that i do not have a disability...............................

They told me i qualified.............b/c i served during a time of war........Desert Storm....................1989 - 1993 was my enlistment in the Marines.................and i asked them......point blank ....a year and a half ago.........like i did today....................................IF i qualified.............................if i do not have a disability.......................................a year ago they told me i did..........today the woman......on the phone..........told me that she didn't determine the claims......................................but one of the 4 stipulations was that i had to have a disability or get Social sec disability income........i told them i have no income..........whatsoever.........nothing in the bank...........whatsoever..............and i do NOT have a disability..........................so why should i even bother to apply..............if i do not qualify to begin with??? Her response was........................she didn't make decisions on claims..........whether a person works for the Veterans Admin or not.................................they should plainly see............that if one of the requirements IS that a veteran has a disability and if said veteran does not have a disability..........then they need not apply................b/c they could not qualify.........it would be a waste of my time......paperwork and the government's time............

Everything is wishy washy in this country........half in and half out...........they cannot give u a direct answer...........she asked if my disability was service related.........and said it would not matter........i reiterated that i do NOT have any disability..............................save for the American people that is.............................and the other idiots who think they are helping me when in reality they are destroying my life even further........................you motherfuckers are my disability................the majority of you..............you have ruined my fucking life forever.!!!!!!!!!!!
