 My mother told me that my 2nd wife, Carmen told her that we are divorced, civilly at least, i think she is lying, my wife is.  I called DC superior court and Virginia's circuit court, not having an easy time locating records, even called a case worker.  Why am i the last to know everything in my life? And u people are supposedly trying to help me, when u have done nothing but lie..

The online stuff says that in Virginia, circuit courts handle all divorces, my wife lied about everything else, it would not surprise me she is lying about this as well.  My mother said that Carmen told her that she could not find me, i am part of a federal investigation b/c i saved pres obama's life in 2013, June, in Dallas, Tx, how could she not find me?  When obama, trump, biden knew and trump still knows who and where i am at all times, no one cares in this pathetic excuse for a country..

My sister in law Sue said she didn't even remember what year her and my brother, her husband, and father of their two kids, testified against me.  I had to remind her, 2013, Manassas, VA, Sudley road, in front of a prince william county judge, that i am crazy and deserve to be in  mental institute, they did that very thing, put me in a mental ward in Manassas hospital for a week and then in NVMHI for 3 weeks, before driving me to union station via a taxi to take the train to San Antonio, Tx, March or April of 2013, Phil Travers and his live in boyfriend picked me up in San Antonio, TX, said i could eat any food they had in their house.  Also that i was welcome to stay until things with my wife cleared up.

The woman at the circuit court in Fairfax, Virginia said i am not divorced in that county.  She gave me the number to prince William county's circuit court, i called and left a message.  There is a way to check national databases b/c when i was in St Elizabeth's hospital in 2017, a female case worker looked up my 1st divorce, my ex wife, Guadalupe Dominguez Vega lived/lives in El Centro, CA, i lived in Virginia at the time, 1996, my 1st divorce, and that record and her full maiden name showed up.

We got married in Falls Church, in Northern Virginia, which is Fairfax county.
