Look at the pressure to be 1st...........the Soviets were 1st in space........Pres. JFK wanted the USA to be the 1st on the moon..........both the USA and the Soviet Union learned a lot from the Nazi scientists who were heavily into rocketery, but also computing..........teh enigma machine from teh Nazis........etc..........
