This was a very odd war to me..............and the debate still continues why it was fought...........for one thing............most scholars try to boil it down to one reason...........................u can't do it, in my opinion at least.....................secondarily, for both the North and the South, the reasons to fight were different.......and furthermore, based on a person's color the reason was different............and it was South Carolina that started it.....................the rest of the South just followed....
